• There is no refund for all tour or services which are already utilized.

• The cancelation of a booking can result in cancellation fees as seen in the following points.

• If you cancel at least 15 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee.
• If you cancel 7 days in advance, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
• If you cancel between 1 and 7 days in advance, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
• The cancelation fees are calculated based on the prices in Thai Baht. Depending on the exchange rates the fees can vary to the amount charged from your credit or debit card company. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees.
